1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sticker Workshop website and the purchase of products from us. Sticker Workshop is a trading name of OHM Group Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel any order
  • Limit quantities
  • Cancel orders containing unacceptable or unlawful content

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

3. Custom and Personalised Products

Many of our products are custom-made to order. You acknowledge that:

  • Uploaded images will be printed as submitted.
  • Minor cropping, resizing or layout adjustments may be made for production purposes.
  • Colour appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and print processes.

You are responsible for reviewing your uploads before submission.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept payment via:

  • PayPal
  • Stripe
  • Direct Bank Deposit

We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order confirmation.

5. Production and Shipping

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on workload and order complexity. We are not liable for courier delays once the order has been dispatched. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, logos, text, and product layouts, remains the property of OHM Group Pty Ltd. You may not reproduce or use our designs without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website.

10. Customer Upload Confirmation

Before submitting any artwork, images, or files, you must confirm that:

  • You own the copyright in the content; OR
  • You have obtained permission from the copyright owner; AND
  • The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
  • If you upload images containing identifiable individuals, you confirm that you have permission from those individuals to reproduce their image for printing.

By uploading content and placing an order, you provide this confirmation.  Sticker Workshop is not responsible for privacy breaches resulting from customer-submitted content. Sticker Workshop (OHM Group Pty Ltd) accepts no liability for unlawful or unauthorised content submitted by customers. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OHM Group Pty Ltd against any claims, damages, costs, or legal expenses arising from content you upload.

11. Production & Cropping Disclaimer

You acknowledge that:

  • Uploaded images may be resized, cropped, repositioned, or adjusted to suit product dimensions.
  • Minor layout adjustments may be made without further approval unless a paid Proofing Service has been selected.
  • Colours may vary between digital screens and printed products.
  • Low-resolution images may produce reduced print clarity.

Sticker Workshop is not responsible for quality issues resulting from low-resolution or poor-quality uploads. It is your responsibility to review all uploaded content carefully before final submission.

12. Optional Proofing / Approval Service

Sticker Workshop may offer an optional paid Proofing Service. If selected:

  • A digital preview will be provided before production.
  • Production will not commence until written approval is received.
  • Delays in approval may extend production timelines.

If the Proofing Service is not selected, production will proceed using our standard layout adjustments without additional confirmation. Orders without proofing are considered approved as submitted.

13. Commercial Use & Business Orders

If you upload logos, brand assets, business names, or other commercial artwork, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the logo or brand.
  • You have permission from the business owner or rights holder.
  • The design does not infringe any registered trademark or intellectual property.

Sticker Workshop may request written authorisation before printing certain commercial logos or branded materials. We reserve the right to refuse any order where we reasonably believe the customer does not have proper rights to use the submitted content.

14. Reprint & Replacement Policy

If a reprint is requested due to:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Print fault
  • Production error caused by Sticker Workshop

We will reprint the product at no additional cost.

Reprints will not be provided where the issue relates to:

  • Low resolution uploads
  • Incorrect spelling supplied by the customer
  • Cropping dissatisfaction where no proofing service was selected
  • Colour variation within normal print tolerances

Requests for reprint must be made within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photographs of the issue.

15. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

For wholesale, trade, or bulk production orders:

  • Production timelines may vary depending on quantity.
  • A deposit may be required before production commences.
  • Custom bulk orders may not be cancelled once production has begun.
  • Special pricing agreements do not override Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

Where custom artwork setup or design services are provided, those fees may be non-refundable.

16. AI-Generated, Manipulated or Deepfake Content

Sticker Workshop does not permit the printing of:

  • Deepfake images intended to misrepresent real individuals
  • AI-generated images designed to impersonate real people
  • Manipulated content intended to defame, harass, or mislead

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears deceptive, unlawful, or harmful. Refunds for cancelled orders under this clause will be issued at our discretion.

17. Right to Refuse Service

Sticker Workshop reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including where:

  • Content violates our Acceptable Content Policy
  • We believe the content infringes intellectual property
  • The order poses legal, reputational, or operational risk

Where an order is cancelled prior to production, a refund will be issued less any applicable payment processing fees where permitted by law.

B. Refund & Returns Policy

1. Personalised Products

Due to the custom nature of personalised products:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect image uploads
  • Spelling errors submitted by the customer
  • Dissatisfaction with cropping where no approval service was selected

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We will:

  • Replace the item
  • Or provide a refund where required under Australian Consumer Law

3. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Delays caused by postal carriers

C. Image Usage & Copyright Policy

When you upload images, artwork, or designs to Sticker Workshop, you confirm that:

  • You own the copyright in the content; OR
  • You have permission from the copyright owner to use the content; AND
  • If you upload images containing identifiable individuals, you confirm that you have permission from those individuals to reproduce their image for printing.

You grant Sticker Workshop a limited licence to:

  • Reproduce
  • Modify (for sizing/cropping)
  • Print

… solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images.

We reserve the right to refuse to print content that:

  • Infringes copyright
  • Appears to be professional photography without permission
  • Contains trademarked logos without authorisation

You agree to indemnify OHM Group Pty Ltd against any claims arising from unlawful uploads.

D. Acceptable Content Policy

We will not print or produce content that includes:

  • Copyright-infringing material
  • Trademark violations
  • Hate speech
  • Harassment or abusive content
  • Pornographic or explicit material
  • Illegal content
  • Content that promotes violence or criminal activity

We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates this policy.

If an order is cancelled for policy violation, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
