Artwork Guidelines for Stickers

To achieve the best possible print quality, artwork must be supplied in a high-quality, print-ready format. Stickers are only as good as the files provided, and low-quality images will result in poor print results.

Recommended File Formats

For best results, we strongly recommend vector artwork.

Preferred formats:

  • PDF (vector)

  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)

  • EPS

  • PSD (vector layers preferred)

  • CDR (Corel Draw)

Vector files ensure sharp edges, accurate colours, and perfect scaling at any size.  Other Formats such as JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP will be accepted if the resolution is at least 240 dpi

Avoid:
Low-resolution JPEGs, screenshots, images copied from social media, or artwork pulled from websites. These will print poorly and may be rejected.

Sticker Sizes Available

Please ensure your artwork is supplied at exact size, or clearly scaled to one of the following options:

  • 50 × 50 mm

  • 100 × 50 mm

  • 100 × 100 mm

  • 150 × 50 mm

  • 150 × 150 mm

  • 170 × 60 mm

  • 200 × 80 mm

  • 250 × 100 mm

  • 80 × 150 mm

Artwork should fit entirely within the selected sticker size.

Cut Options

Stickers can be supplied as either:

  • Square/ standard cut

  • Contour / kiss cut

Contour / Kiss Cut Requirements

If a circle, contour or kiss cut is required, please follow these rules:

  • The cut line must be:

    • A hairline stroke

    • In a bold, contrasting colour

    • On a separate vector layer

  • The cut line must be a single, closed vector path

  • Do not apply fills, effects, or outlines to the cut path

This ensures accurate cutting and clean results.

Need Help With the Cut Line?

No problem.

If you are unable to supply a circle, contour or kiss cut path:

  • Include a note with your order explaining the cut required

  • We can create the contour or kiss cut for you

A proof image will be supplied for approval before printing.

Final Checks Before Uploading

  • Artwork is supplied in a high-quality vector format

  • Correct sticker size selected

  • Cut type clearly defined (square or contour)

  • Fonts outlined or embedded

  • Colours set intentionally (no accidental RGB screenshots)

If you’re unsure, send it through. We’d rather check it first than print something you won’t be happy with.
